Our Process in doing Business

In order to be up front and honest with our clients we offer this document as a reference guide to them. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Creative Closets of MN, LLC. offers free estimates to our potential clients who may be in the process of building a new home or remodeling an existing home. We will come to your site and have a brief consultation during which time we will discuss your storage needs and possible desires. We will then measure up your closets, pantries or garages and start work immediately on a design and estimate. Once the design and estimate are completed, we will email them to you for your review. At this time we can make any changes you see necessary and adjust the design and estimate to match the new changes. Once you approve of the designs, we submit them to the manufacturing facility and they get to work on processing your order. When the order is completed, they ship to us and we then come to install at your residence. Please contact us to set up a consultation time so we can best meet all your needs with the proposed project.

1. Melamine
• Creative Closets of MN, LLC offers a 10 year warranty through the manufacture of all Shelvi melamine products. This warranty is covered by the manufacturer in the event that we are no longer in business.
• Ventilated Wire Shelving
• Creative Closets of MN, LLC warrants all wire shelving against defects caused by faulty installation practices. They do not warranty materials against obvious misuse of product such as over loading the weight constraints of the product or using shelving as a means of climbing to reach items that are not easily accessible.
• Terms
• Creative Closets of MN, LLC requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost due before materials are ordered. This is to cover the expense of the materials in such a situation arises where you no longer require our services. Once the project is completed, the remaining balance of your invoice is due with in a maximum of 15 days.
